To provide our early access waitlist program and services, we collect limited personal information, including:

• Contact Information: Your email address (entered during waitlist registration) and phone number (retrieved from the secure payment processor during checkout).
• Profile & Career Details: Any resume text, documents, or job description details you upload for parsing and optimization.
• Transaction Details: Payment reference ID, currency type, and amount paid. We do not store or process credit/debit card numbers on our servers; all payments are handled securely by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To register and secure your spot in the Founding User or Insider early access program.
• To perform AI-based parsing, comparison, and optimization on your uploaded resumes.
• To communicate important product updates, onboarding instructions, and support alerts.
• To handle transaction processing and prevent fraudulent signups.

4. Data Sharing and Protection

Your data is treated with the highest confidentiality:

• Zero Data Selling: We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information or uploaded resume details to third-party advertising companies.
• Secure Infrastructure: Your data is stored on secure, encrypted database servers (Supabase) and protected behind strict network layers.
• Processing Partners: We only share information with payment processors (Razorpay) to verify and capture transactions.

5. Your Rights and Deletion

You have full ownership of your data. You may request to withdraw from our waitlist or permanently delete your email, transaction reference, and resume data from our database at any time by contacting us at support@lakshos.com.
